At PoshMono, every item is handcrafted in small batches. Because of the custom nature of our candles, wax melts, and soaps, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to help make it right.
